As an international guest principal, she has performed in festivals, galas, and full-length productions around the world. A FEW WORDS FROM OUR DESIGNER

“The essence of the Laser-Cut Collection is a combination of Victor Vasarely's technique of optical illusion and my love for the new technologies. These unique patterns make you look stunning and emphasize your perfect lines! Vasarely’s work has always inspired me. It is amazing how he used flat surfacesto create a 3D effect. This is the essence of a fashion designer’s work, taking 2D material and using it to make 3D shapes. I had the idea of creating a pattern that also had optical illusion using not a pen, but contemporary technologies.

Creating this pattern was pretty challenging. We collaborated with architects and they used programming language to write an algorithm to be able to create and recreate the pattern multiple times. It gave us the possibility to choose what shape of the hole we will use and many other parameters like quantity, size and reduction factor. For me, it was important to have the design process be collaborative and allow for changes to be made as we worked with the ballerina in the studio, trying on the leggings at different stages of the design to get the perfect fit.”
